Trusteeships

We are prepared to act as independent trustees, to manage trust assets in order to preserve value where the existing service provider cannot, or will not, continue due to a conflict of interest or dispute. Such disputes can arise in corporate trusts or the breakdown of family relationships to the detriment of the beneficiaries. In doing so we can also help mediate between the parties, or issue proceedings in the interests of the trust, as appropriate. We are used to taking on tough complex assignments requiring a range of skills. We often act as CRO, CFO and COO in a corporate capacity, skills that we can apply when managing a trust.
